In 2020, in the same year that my father passed away Mom's home was in need of some repair discovered from replacing the carpets. Given the pandemic and me being 1,300 miles away all of vetting took place over the phone. I explained the situation and was very happy with the understanding Chambers had both for the situation we were in but also the local contracting situation.

They scheduled some time for the next day and gave us some numbers and scheduled time for the work to be completed. That included some time the next day which addressed a potential safety issue and coming back in approximately a week to finish the work.

They gave Mom some advice and options and she chose to do a couple upgrades and she is very happy with the work, the people with whom she interacted, and the value.
