- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My prices are end prices, I do not charge more if I arrive early. Prices include travel to your house and cleaning supplies and every customer will receive an invoice. There is a discount of 5% for our heros!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
That is a great question to ask! We will walk through the house together. I always ask them what is most important or if there is anything special our teams should know. Our sunny side clean teams are proud to leave every house we touch as clean as possible!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All of our team members are certified professional cleaners!
