- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing typically is on an estimate basis, depends partly on labor hours at our clients home and other factors. Simple jobs can be per hour while more labor intensive jobs can be on a overall whole turn key price.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Communication and follow up, ask many questions and assist them with their goal in mind and sometimes suggest an idea that may enhance their space.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have many years of experience in multiple trades.
