Introduction

We provide mold inspection & testing services at a fair and reasonable price. We also provide the results within 24-48 hours of initial inspection (excluding weekends) at no additional charge. We are an unbiased mold testing company that does not do mold remediation. I love being a State Licensed Mold Assessor. It fulfills my need to help better the situation. There are many days where I know that I have really made a difference in a person or familys life. Its a very rewarding career, but also challenging!

Ginger did my condos mold assessment and wrote the protocol for remediation several times. She was wonderful, patient, took time to explain everything, definitely went above and beyond, several times. I have no complaints and will definately use moldspec again in the future if ever in need. I have also given glowing recommendations to everyone I know, Ginger kept me from losing my mind over a period of months she was amazing.
