- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We are General Contractor Licensed and also Plumbing Licensed. Our prices are very fair and competitive. Our job is to provide a service that a General Contractor or a Plumber is needed. Our average type of jobs that we cover have a cost of $10,000 but not less than $5,000. If your job is simple and a handyman can do it without a General Contractor then you don't really need us. We are licensed to do Residential and Comercial construction jobs and we carry our own insurance. Our team will provide plumbing, electrical and AC contractors if needed or we can work with others that you want us to work with as long they are licensed and insured. For a residential new house construction expect to be paying not less than $150 per sqft and it can be up to $220 per sqft depending on the area and details.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We charge a basic fee of $100 to $190 fee per visit depending on the service. If after we deliver a quote, the customer decides to move forward we will credit the cost of the visit towards the total cost. We will send an agreement to start the job, client will sign and we will also collect half of the payment either on check or cash before we begin our job. (we don't take cards for payments). The other half of the payment will be at the end of the job. For a residential new home construction we will discuss details and contract before.

Our team has being in the construction business for over 10 years and we have been building new residential houses since 2018.
