Shane is very knowledgeable, professional and courteous. Returns calls promptly and understood my requirements from the beginning. He provided accurate quotes and delivered and installed as promised. Would definitely recommend Shane to any one who asks. The only downside is Shane and his assistant Donnie are about 2 hours from me and not sure how quickly I will receive on-site support, IF needed, However with that said, Shane has been very responsive via phone. Lastly, if I would have viewed the final installation closer I would have asked Shane and Donnie to dress out the wiring a bit better in the area where the NVR and Power supply were mounted. Other than these minor details the service provided by Shane and Donnie was excellent and timely.

Shane cleaned up the viruses that were eating away my computer. He took control remotely and killed everything bad and made my computer run like new again. I've never seen somebody work so hard for such a fair price. Bravo! Job well done, as I am one very pleased customer.

Shane was very professional. We were able to communicate and work out a mutual acceptable time for the work to be completed. This provider was very prompt, arriving on time, and worked efficiently to complete the work in a timely manner. I was impressed with the quality of equipment and installation. Also, they cleaned up when finished, didn't even know they had been there. Shane was very helpful explaining the use of the software I was using with my equipment.
