- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer first responder discounts. Also, we will probably not be the cheapest but due to my painstaking attention to detail, you will not be disappointed.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We believe that communication is the key to any good working relationship. We handle a lot of our estimates over the phone but can meet in person for more specific job requirements.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I started in high school completing random cleaning jobs. After attending the law enforcement, academy I went the professional route and obtained all licensing and insurance need to protect my customers and myself.
