I believe I have been successful in my 16-year career in property management due to my passion, dedication, knowledge, skills and personal character. The skills for success also rely on outstanding customer service, strong leadership, and having a strong team. I am dedicated to the company and the community, and I understand the importance of exceeding the owners' financial objectives while maintaining the asset as if you personally owned it. I have leased up four communities, so I have experience working with developers, project managers, owners and city officials. I have also managed communities up to 15 years old that needed a leader to increase income, raising occupancy, upgrade apartments with minimal expenses and rebuilding relationships with the residents. I am ready for new challenges while continuing to develop and grow within the industry. I am not looking for just a job; I am looking for a long-term career.
