Joseph came out on a Sunday back in May when our AC went out, and didn’t charge an outrageous weekend rate. He identified the problem quickly, and provided us with several options to get the unit up and running. The issue was fixed in a couple of days (had to wait for parts) and he was very reasonable. We’ve had a few additional issues, and he’s always responded quickly, and fixed the problem the same day. He’s definitely going to be our heating and AC guy in the future. Thanks Joseph!
