Introduction: I'm an IT student studying at Keiser. I have a practical experience with this in both the U.S. Army and within the class. I have large knowledge base known and available and access to an instructor with even larger and very experienced knowledge base.
I travel to you and charge a service cost depending on the job, and then charge a much smaller amount per work hour (I classify work hour as time actually spent on the problem while I'm with you), but I do keep it affordable.
I'm used to communicating with all kinds of people, so I will have an open ear to listen to what you need.
I have experience with Windows XP and up, computer hardware, software, networking/Internet (limited), applications, and virtualization.
On top of that, I will run everything by you, accordingly, and try my best to help you understand what happened and what can be done to prevent it in the future (in case of a repair or similar).
