J's Computer Repair is great! I woke up to a broken laptop screen, and got no help from the insurance company whose policy I bought to cover such problems. Jeshua of J's Computer Repair responded within an hour of my request for help on ThumbTack. None of the other companies I contacted have responded yet. Anyway, I dropped off my computer the next day (Friday), and within an hour he notified me that the new screen was ordered and should arrive within a day or two. He optimized my C drive as well and freed up some space for additional programs or operating system updates. He notified me as soon as the computer was ready for pick-up on Monday -- a total of 3 days. I highly recommend J's Computer Services. He was so quick getting back to me after the initial request, quickly scheduled my repair, and had my totally broken 64-bit PC up and running within a couple of hours! - What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?i charge a 50 dollar diagnostics fee plus parts and cheap labor fees. cheap and simple....
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?my normal process is you tell me what your experiencing as an issue and i take care of it with either further diagnostics to solutions before i make a decision i let you know whats needed and if were gonna proceed.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?technology class were i ran a computer repair station, foley belsaw institue of tech and student crew were i worked as an assistant repair tech many yrs ago and qualxserv were i achieved so many certifications for all brands makes and models.
