i charge a 50 dollar diagnostics fee plus parts and cheap labor fees. cheap and simple....
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
my normal process is you tell me what your experiencing as an issue and i take care of it with either further diagnostics to solutions before i make a decision i let you know whats needed and if were gonna proceed.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
technology class were i ran a computer repair station, foley belsaw institue of tech and student crew were i worked as an assistant repair tech many yrs ago and qualxserv were i achieved so many certifications for all brands makes and models.
