I highly recommend PC antidote. the Sevice was excellent and a job well done it could not have been any better. . The owner is very professional and an expert at what he does. He fixed both of our computers and spent a lot of extra time teaching me and my kids some very beneficial computer technology. Im glad I didn't listen to everyone who told me to just get new ones !! I damaged the power insert on my laptop and wasn't able to use it. Mr. Vazquez rebuilt it, cleaned out my system and stored a much better virus software than I had. He also finished on the day he promised all for a very reasonable price. My laptop is working very well. Thank you Mibsam...

Mibsam was soo much help! First of all, he was punctual and arrived when he said he would. I felt comfortable welcoming him into my home. He was more then knowledgable with the the service he provides. Very patient and went the extra mile to explain what he was doing and why. He spent so much time on the phone corisponding with the less then helpful internet provider but managed to stay cool, calm, collected, and patient with everyone involved. Mibsam even made sure my computer was protected from viruses and showed me ways to keep it running faster and had great tips to help me understand my computer better. Thank you from one computer illiterate person to our fellow computer genius. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Main price is for labor only. Other fees may apply depending on distance, technical issue and parts. Most of the time we work things out with our customers to keep things fair for both sides. The more computers you give us to work, the better discount the customer gets.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We basically introduce our promotions (first time customer gets 10% on total labor and parts).
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
PC ANTIDOTE PM has an extensive background and expertise with all computers types and we only hire certified pros to deliver 100% work satisfaction. Our technicians are CompTia A+ and CompTia Network + certified plus we comply with all the safety and privacy policies.
