We recently moved to FL and bought a home that had carpet all over the main living areas and bedrooms, we are not very fond of carpet so we decided to hire a contractor to lay new tile in the entire house. Since we didn't knew anyone in the area we started the search for a contractor. We came across James Olivieri from Precision Remodeling and Design on Thumbtack; he had an excellent reputation and competitive pricing. After meeting him at the house for an estimate we felt so comfortable with him that decided to hire him (we had around 4 other estimates from contractors in the area). Let me tell you something, we are beyond satisfied with James and his team, their work ethic and professionalism. James attention to detail is second to none and he focuses on customer satisfaction. He and his team worked very hard and every day after they were done with their tasks they made sure to clean their work area. We were very happy with James work and along the way we developed a great relationship with him to the point that we also hired him to do our master bathroom remodeling and to paint the exterior of the house.

We hired Precision Remodeling and Design to completely renovate an investment property. From the first meeting with James (who was on time to the minute) to the final nail, the team did an outstanding job and exceeded our expectations. The scope of work included installing almost 1200 sq/ft of tile flooring, kitchen cabinets with crown molding, wall/door trim, lighting, bathroom vanities, ceiling fans and more. James and the team were very responsive and easy to work with and the quality was top-notch. We will definitely hire them again for future projects and highly recommend them to anyone looking for professional, friendly, high quality and great value construction services.

James and his team has done an excellent job on helping us renovate our condo - new wood floors, new tiled bathrooms, kitchen and bathroom demo and design. They have gone far and beyond what we've asked them to do. They are professional and do outstanding work. Very reliable, fast and affordable. I am a property manager and I hired James and his crew to get a property ready to rent. They changed light fixtures, replaced toilets, mini blinds and bifold doors, painted the walls and ceilings and cleaned the unit. Excellent work, on-time and reasonably priced.
