FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I price by the hour, every customer want to know "how much" the reality is not every job is cut and dry. Most times an estimate is a close gauge, but no one can for see everything. When your working with new parts and a older house it can take more time as not to damage anything.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Every customer starts with a phone conversation and investigational questions. Example question from the customer "light in the garage is blinking can you install a new light fixture". Response questions should be how old are the bulbs or has anything changed that may have caused the problem. Depending on the response will determine the next part of the conversation. The answer should not be lets put a new one up always check out the situation first hand.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have schooling in wood working, mechanics and Architecture Drafting. 20 plus yers of construction renovations. I have 15 plus years in building maintenance (commercial and residential).
