- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
In my profession it is very hard to give a rate just based on information such as the size of the house. If someone contacts me i like to go to the house first so they can show me what they want done and so i can asses what kind of supplies i will need to bring with me and factor that into my quote. If the house is a deep clean that is fairly dirty it is going to cost more than a regular visit clean. I also like to discuss price in person so there is room for compromise and i find it easier to speak to my customer in person.

- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Make sure you tell your housekeeper exactly what you want done and if you have any specifics on the type of cleaning products you may have. This will help us tailor our supplies to your needs.
