- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
No, however my pricing is normally based on factors such as, where the work is located, the time that it will take to complete the work, the material cost, the equipment necessary to complete the job, and the intensity of labor.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Normally I call the customer and try to meet with them in order to discuss not only what the project is, I normally ask what is the goal they are trying to achieve with the project, I will then give the customer my advice on what the most cost effective route would be and give them pricing.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I began cutting grass when I was 12 and I took my gift cards that relative sent me for Christmas and bought a push lawnmower, about a year after that I bought a riding lawn mower before I had my license and would drive it around my neighborhood to do lawns. I then ventured into Landscaping and with practice I began developing the skills and knowledge to provide excellent quality landscapes.
