Fabiano was on time, did a great job, took before and after pictures, and was very easy to work with my schedule. He found several broken roof tiles, which he took pictures of and informed me so I could get them repaired or replaced. I would call Fabiano when my roof needs cleaned again.

Tech arrived in time and started working immediately. I did not have to be there, was able to leave and return. Left everything clean and moved and returned patio furniture to its place. Will contact again for future cleaning.
