My pool pump was not working for three week. Nate and his team had the pool cleaned in 4 days. He spent extra time to make my pool useable again. I look forward to out service going forward. Definitely a great team to hire. Thanks for your help.

Owner Nate is still under training and I have gone through an entire month of lies and broken promises! 1st 2 things I asked for was to get a vortex drain for safety reasons and Nate ordered it said several times over now a month that he would install the drain just was waiting on a rebreather and how simple it was and no problem. Then I was billed for drain still never installed and when I said please take the charge off because the drain is of no use to me not in the pool he said okay and mentioned no reason of why he couldn’t install it for 4 weeks. I asked for a new pool light bulb (colored) and again was told by Nate no problem and was told to order the 120 V bulb and he couldn’t open light to put that one in at the time but we were able to and put a reg bulb in and discovered it needed at 12v light so personally returned and bought new 12v light and Nate could not install the light. Water immediately got inside overnight 1st night and I was told my his partner (the person who actually does all installs, and who is under training with) Chris that this is what happens when you open up fixture and was now told to buy #3 entire light fixturewhich Nate said he would install as soon as it came in himself no charge. It came in and he stated after now 3-4 weeks have passed sorry my partner has to install it and he’s not available for this week. So ? That’s that. I was misrepresented in Nate being the owner not the owner in training for all installs. Nate would quote me verbally a price and invoice me a higher price. He bought several items with out asking 1st about the price being okay ever from his distributor that were all wayyyy up charged for example $25 vacuum cover that you can get same cover x2 for $11 on amazon. Extremely overpriced o-rings, filter cartridge, asked for receipts was told I would receive them a month later not one receipt. He always said he was helping me out and giving me deals but my invoices sure didn’t show that! If you just want someone to clean your pool Nate is great but if you need anything installed I.e pool light, drain, piping rerouted, he is unable to do any of that and you will be waiting on his partners schedule. Partner also spelled purple glue during an install all over pvc piping and no discount, no cleaning, or fixing the mess. Partner also left cleaner vacuum on the on position during spring break creating a very strong suction by sucking up children’s pool toys and we then realized the vacuum was left on and it was so strong if either child’s long hair would have been sucked into system it could have been deadly! When called Nate he didn’t seem to understand what I was even taking about and then with out asking purchased the $25 on Amazon $8 vacuum cover. I could go on but the point is I addressed my concerns to Nate and partner Chris especially about the still no pool light or safety drain install and was told by nothing about why this couldn’t be accomplished in a month, or the spelled purple glue still being there, only that he gave me a good price and he would no never step foot on my property! Taking no responsibility of any of my concerns. I have owned pools for over 8 years and dealt with pool service providers for years now. When they come out weekly they do whatever needs to be done because they were all trained to do so. Bottom line if you need anything above pool cleaning you will be waiting for me over a month due to Nate the owner has to depend on partner Chris availability and Chris the expert who left the vacuum cleaner on and spilled the purple glue everywhere will take no responsibility for anything. And only response was about the good deal I received. Just fair warning. I tried to be patient and work with Nate and wait on his partner Chris’s schedule for example pool light and drain a month later after Nate told me that he would take care no problem and it still never happened. There were several verbal agreements broken, no receipts for any invoices, or consideration to say how upcharged it was going to be by there distributer on all items invoiced. Was also told by Nate that psi of 14 was normal and that’s what it usually is after filter cleaning. See picture below of psi after finally cleaning filter. I was the next month overcharged our agreed upon amount by $10 increase and they will keep that as well now. Beware if you need any type of pool maintenance or anything ordered through there distributors pricing.
