- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
pricing is dependent on the type of job, materials involved. labor also depends on difficulty of insulation.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
first is initial contact, get details about what they want to do and just get to know the person. meet with the customer to see the installation space, discuss any design ideas, time frame of project, budget. write up an estimate for work needed, review estimate with customer, also ensure we are on the same page. what THEY want and how their idea can come to life at a reasonable price.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have 17 years of experience in general contracting. I also have experience in electrical, plumbing, cabinetry, tile, flooring, Windows and doors. general handyman work.
