Unlike a lot of other general contractors I am a very experienced tradesmen, having done most of the work on all of my jobs up until getting my license in 2023 it gives me the advantage of knowing how things get done, and doing them the best way. I have worked on small projects- from ground up builds as a stick framer, to high end interior remodels, to large commercial jobs with direct supervision of 40+ other workers, to smaller tenant build outs. I have experience in government infrastructure projects, retail, commercial construction, residential construction, and landscape/hard scape designs .

Thomas is an amazing customer service oriented person. I actually hired another company supposedly with 40 years of experience. They cancelled on me twice. The first time after I made an appointment 2 weeks in advance and the second time they cancelled via text. Crazy! Very unprofessional. So of course I did not have them do my work. Now THIS company THOMAS DIGIORGIO CONSTRUCTION, this company cares for their customers and I am ever so grateful. I called Thomas he was very polite, gave me a price right away after sending him photos of work to be done. He had a very wonderful employee in less than a week at my home. Carlos is very meticulous with his work. He made sure he did everything perfect. It was really wonderful to see a person care so much about the details. No rushing the job. He left the two areas he was working on spotless when he left on the two days he was here(Well I mopped of course after he swept the dust :)..... He took out a wall ac unit and filled in the wall, blocks, cement, drywall, baseboard, paint, etc. My hubby and I are so happy with Thomas Digiorgio Construction and Carlos that I told Carlos that they are stuck with us as customers :) And now we are having Carlos take down 2 ceiling fans and dinning room lamp, and installing new ones. That will probably be in the next two weeks. Let me tell you about another very important thing. Pricing. Very fair and very worth the price we paid for such attention to customer service and attention to job done. Don't look any further. Thank you Thomas and Carlos.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Depending on the job I will give a price, or do it by the hour. I have a 4 hour minimum labor charge on any job
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I set an appointment to come and look at your job. I will take a detailed list of everything needed to be done. Measure, and take lots of pictures. I will either refer you to an architect, or do floor plan drawing myself depending on the scope and size of your job. I usually provide all the carpentry services in house, and I work with great sub contractors for electric plumbing hvac etc. I like to get multiple bids from other trades to get my customers the best price to complete their project.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
State Registered General Contractor in Palm Beach County. OSHA 10hr, journeyman carpenter
