- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Most of my services are flat rate.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Most of the work I do is virtual. I have an office in West Palm Beach where people can meet with me who are local. I provide an intake sheet for potential customers to fill out which gives me the information I need to prepare their document(s), resume, or court forms. I also have an agreement that must be signed and returned to me prior to any work being performed on my end. My goal with new customers and all customers is ensure that they have provided me with all the information needed to complete their document(s) and/or requests to their satisfaction.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have over 25 years of experience as a senior level litigation/family law paralegal working for high profile attorneys and law firms. I still work as a freelance paralegal for attorneys throughout the State of Florida with the majority of the work I do in family law. **I also provide secretarial and resume writing services.
