- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Estimates do not include additional services such as pickup and delivery, haul up, or haul out. If you need these add ons please notify me so I can offer an accurate service time and estimate
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I offer a personal service, and I understand the trust factor that is involved when performing jobs at a customers home. I take a great deal of preparation before arriving to perform the work and also provide the utmost professionalism from start to finish.
