Troy came out quickly and diagnosed the problem properly. I had 2 other 'name brand' companies come out that told me I needed to replace the water tank ($800). Instead Troy was able to fix it for a fraction of the price to replace. He took his time and made sure everything was working perfect before he left! I highly recommend him.
