- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our residential prices are $60.00 Per Hour for two professional cleaners. We begin by doing an onsite visit to the property and assessing the estimated time of cleaning completion. In many cases, our clients have a specific number of task to be completed. Our Commercial Service price is based on an onsite visit to the property to assess the estimated time and resources needed to complete a cleaning. Many times we recommend doing a deep cleaning at the begging of our contract in order to bring the establishment to our standard of cleaning. Our handyman Services prices are based on the project, unless the client wants a Time-and-Materials contract. Most of our clients hire us for complete renovations and project in which they purchase all the materials. Our Property Management Services are based on the estimated value of the home or rental unit and is created through a contract process..
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After the initial contact, we conduct an onsite visit to determine the scope of the work. As a "Quality of Life" company we then assess if the project and the client are viable for our company. An agreement on the price is reached and a set date of start is determined. For residential customer an onsite visit is not always necessary. For the most part residential clients know that our price is $40.00 Per hour.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All our employees and staff and trained in-house by trainers with more than 20 years of experience in the industry. Additionally we provide "Quality of Life" education for our employees.
