My grandfather left me his house when he passed and I genuinely had no idea what to do with it. I live in Ohio, I have a busy job, Im not a real estate person. Atlis took the call when I was at maybe my most overwhelmed and Jean just listened. He laid out my options without any pressure and let me sit with it. We ended up renting it out and its been almost two years now. The house is still in the family, the rent helps, and I feel like my grandfather would be happy with how its being taken care of. Grateful.

Used a different company for about 3 years and it was death by a thousand paper cuts. Nothing huge ever went wrong, it was just a constant drip of annoying stuff slow responses, charges I had to question, a tenant placement that took way too long. Switched to Atlis in the fall and the difference is obvious. I get answers same day, the statements make sense, and my tenant renewed without any drama. Wish Id done it sooner.

We had a plumbing issue pop up on a Saturday evening (kids in the house, full weekend ahead) and a tech was at the door before 9 AM Sunday.
