I have found after 35 years in the real estate business If you were to list 10 things a client looks for in an agent commission is near the bottom. It is for this reason I am more than happy to reward my client for giving me the opportunity to be of service a $1000 credit from my commission and closing
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I contact them immediately and discuss what it is they want to accomplish and then I do everything i can with my 35 years of experience to make it happen.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am and licensed real estate broker, qualified morgage broker, notary, certified real estate specialist by Citi Bank, and a graduate of Fordham University.
