I was sent a reasonable quote almost immediately and was able to have a new water heater installed the same day. The old one was leaking and they vacuumed out all of the water that had formed, removed the old heater, and installed a new one.

Gregory, the owner was quick to respond and answer all my questions. He gave me honest guidance on which route to take with a new water heater for a family of 8. Most importantly, he showed up the next morning and had everything taken care of and removed the older water heater. He even fixed a toilet handle that I had been waiting for Service America to fix for the last 2 weeks. I would also use him going forward for my commercial needs along with residential issues if any happen to come up. I wish more people in the industry were like him!

Sadly my neighborhood plumber of 25 years passed away a few months ago. I went on thumbtack app to find a new one. I took a chance on the first one that called me I'm glad that did. Estafan and Robert were friendly and on time and best of all besides doing a great job putting in a new water heater they cleaned up really well after themselves before they left LOL I actually have them coming back to fix the toilet in a few days I'm glad I found these guys!

Robert went and picked up a new water heater he took old one out and it was not easy as valve old he replaced put new pipes & valve cleaned area and waiting until the water was running hot! I would recommend him for any plumbing job

I needed to get my hot water working again after our Titan Instahot tankless water heater gave out. We've only had the house a couple of weeks so it was quite disappointing. I sent out a thumbtack message way after midgnight and by early next morning, Mike was one of the people who responded. When I called it was really great that Mike offered a free inspection of the plumbing, which he was able to do within a few hours that day. Not only is Mike familiar with tankless and was able to provide several options regarding that, but he was also able to provide me with estimates for going with an appropriate tank as well. Both options included what turned out to be an accurate estimate for the necessary electrical work as well. Mike was quickly able to recommend a great electrician (also called Mike) and everyone was able to work on the fix within 48 hours of the original thumbtack posting. Mike, Junior and Mike are great guys and I really appreciate how quickly and economically they fixed the problem. Couldn't be happier.

Mario showed up on time. Knew what he was doing. He installed a hot water heater for me and said to check it 30 minutes after he hooked up it. I checked it 30 minutes after he hooked it up and it works fine. He is also a nice man to deal with.

Eric arrived early! :) He had blankets that protected my wood floors. Took old tank out, and brought new tank in! Fast on both! Super happy with his service. I would definitely recommend him! Plus, you CANNOT BEAT HIS PRICES ON WATER HEATERS OR INSTALLATION!

Excellent service! I had to convert a propane hot water heater from gas to electric. This required a plumber and an electrican. Jerry, Garret and Matthew coordinated the entire project with no fuss! They are professional, very polite and prompt. Would recommend them..definitely!!

I was at the airport ready to fly back north when my daughter who is living with me, called to say the hot water tank had broken.
