- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
While I don't offer a "discount" To hook you and then have a bunch of add-ons, I offer fair pricing that is clear and up front, with no changes unless you choose to change something
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I can either ask you a series of questions to ensure I understand your expectations and needs or I have an online form on my website that you can fill out. That will answer those questions for me so that I can give you an accurate and firm quote
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I started washing windows when I was seven with my father and worked till I was 19 washing windows with my own route. I moved three years ago to South Florida to help my family's business and know what it takes to ensure quality window cleaning in South Florida.
