The Old Reliable Maytag washing machine that came with our house is about 30 years old. But it's an Old Matag! Then the other day, Old Reliable filled its tank and stopped. No agitation. I found Best Appliance on Thumbtack and messaged my distress. Eric called and texted promptly. I wanted to know if I could resuscitate it or whether I needed a replacement. Eric arrived promptly and did way more than lift the lid and shake his head. He spent over an hour working on it and giving me updates of what he was doing. My Maytag was terminal. And then Eric only charged me $49. I was so pleased I gave him $100. He worked hard, he was honest and informative and I couldn't have been more pleased.
