The entire operation was professional, friendly, and the office manager kept us well informed throughout the Warranty Service to our washing machine. They showed up on time that they said would arrive when they called to inform us. Also, the parts took a little long, but the office manager called and kept us informed thought the process. Also, the service man was very professional and knowledgeable in service and had a good attitude through out the repair. We were very pleased and would like to use them first if our machine needs further repair in the remaining years of warranty.
