I had a first-class customer service experience. I called Amana late in the evening because my garage door would not open. The rep on the phone said she could get a technician out within the next 3 hours. She noted my contact information and assured me that a technician would call when he was on the way. Approximately two hours later a technician Adel called and upon arrival assessed the situation. He had to leave to see if the parts were available. He returned with the parts and repaired the door. This was a first-class experience from start to finish. Thank you. I will recommend your company to all of my friends and associates.

Just had an old garage door opener replaced by Amana. He did a great job! Very careful. Explained everything in a way that was easy to understand. Amana replaced our opener for other garage door in 2021, as well as replacing a broken spring. Fair prices. Trustworthy. I highly recommend

Had used the company sometime back when I needed a new garage door opener so I called them again because my spring broke in less than 24 hours they had returned my call and sent someone out to fix it he showed up promptly and pot 2 new springs on and made sure everything was working properly. My garage door was open and crashed to the ground. The spring had let loose. I called every single garage door company on line in Palm Coast. Amana is the only business I called that answered the phone. Cory not only calmed my nerves because my hand was injured during the falling of the garage door , she said she would send someone out first thing in the morning. Adel came and fixed the door. He was kind and thoughtful and replaced the broken spring and the very noisy rollers on the door. The door is safe and very, very quiet. It was such a pleasure to have such a nice person help me out. I was surprised too how affordable it was. I highly recommend Amana Garage Door.
