I had a first-class customer service experience. I called Amana late in the evening because my garage door would not open. The rep on the phone said she could get a technician out within the next 3 hours. She noted my contact information and assured me that a technician would call when he was on the way. Approximately two hours later a technician Adel called and upon arrival assessed the situation. He had to leave to see if the parts were available. He returned with the parts and repaired the door. This was a first-class experience from start to finish. Thank you. I will recommend your company to all of my friends and associates.

Just had an old garage door opener replaced by Amana. He did a great job! Very careful. Explained everything in a way that was easy to understand. Amana replaced our opener for other garage door in 2021, as well as replacing a broken spring. Fair prices. Trustworthy. I highly recommend

Adel at Amana Garages Doors was here right away to reprogram a dual remote and bring two new remotes. He also made some adjustments we didn't realize our motors needed. Very pleasant, professional and knowledgeable. We have used Amana before and will continue to do so. Highly recommended!

Had used the company sometime back when I needed a new garage door opener so I called them again because my spring broke in less than 24 hours they had returned my call and sent someone out to fix it he showed up promptly and pot 2 new springs on and made sure everything was working properly.
