- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I offer fair, competitive pricing based on the scope of the project. I provide free estimates, and for larger “to-do” lists, I can offer a flat rate that covers multiple small repairs in one visit.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I start by discussing the project details and photos via message to provide an accurate estimate. Once we agree on a time, I show up promptly, complete the work carefully, and ensure the workspace is clean before I leave.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have years of hands-on experience in home maintenance and construction.
