FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Reasonable rate.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First off. You call the customer and find a good time to come and meet the customer at their home since this is where I will be providing the service. I always make sure you introduce myself with a firm handshake. Ask customer to give me a walk through of the home or business. Give ideas of service I will offer at no additional cost. Go over the pricing and type of products I will be using since there are a lot of customers who have product allergies. I like to follow up within a few days and see if the customer will be using my services. Most importantly when I schedule an appointment punctuality is a must. First impressions say a lot about your business.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Experience over 20 years experience and you learn from previous mistakes and not make the same mistake twice.
