I have two houses in florida. I had been through three property managers that simply we're not doing a good job. I had gotten to the point I was just gonna sell the houses because I was so frustrated with the process. Ryan reached out to me on a cold call and I took the chance. I'm so glad that I did! Now the revenue for my homes has doubled, and Ryan takes care of everything. I cannot sing his praises enough.

My wife and I rented 44 Cinnamon Way property for the month of February 2025. We had extended visits from our kids and grandkids. The property description speaks for itself - it's wonderful and was well equipped with most everything you could want, including lots of things for the very young ones. Between the house, the Cinnamon Beach pools (and kiddie pool), ocean/beach, gym, biking trails, etc we found that it checked almost every box for a wonderful vacation for a group with diverse interests.In particular, we found our host, Ryan, extremely responsive to any and all of our inquiries.We'll look forward to returning again.

Staying at Ryans home in Flagler beach was amazing! The house was perfect! You had stunning morning views out your front porch with quick access to the beach. Private backyard with a fire pit. Large kitchen for my family! I will be staying here again! This was the perfect ending to our Christmas vacation! ! Our host Ryan was very communicative and made sure our stay was perfect!
