Ron was a GM under my direction for over 15 years with Best Western Hotels at which time he had total responsibility for the maintenance and refurbishing of our owned Best Westerns. Over the years he was involved with "hands on" repairs and refurbishing of the hotels and did an excellent job in such areas but not limited to: Clean and repair carpets, Install and mount TV's, Paint and repair swimming pools and hot tubs, Repair walls, Maintain hotel landscaping, Install and repair computer/reservation system for several hotels, Direct housekeeping/cleaning staff on a daily business, Repair minor plumbing and electrical deficiencies, Touch up furniture, Install and repair electronic guest room and entryway door locks, Decorate exterior of building at Christmas.
