- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is based on the entire project, not by the hour. I offer a fixed quote after discussing all details. There are no hidden fees. Discounts may be available for new customers or larger jobs.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I usually start by discussing the customer’s needs and asking questions to understand the full scope of the project. Then I provide a clear quote and timeline. If everything works for the customer, we schedule the job and I make sure it’s completed on time and with quality.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I completed hands-on training and an internship in home repair and furniture assembly. I also have years of practical experience from Ukraine and more than 7 months of active work here in Florida.
