Fantastic communication. And very honest. Such detailed updates throughout the job and full disclosure of what possibly could be the problem, how much to diagnose the appliance and different parts of appliance, and how much to fix it. A big appliance repair was done in less than 8 hours, to include initial contact, diagnosis, leaving to get the part, and coming back to fix the Samsung dishwasher.

I live in an older house that had mixed up wiring. Joel was able to figure it out patiently and fix it. Everything is working great now.

Joel installed porch rails on my 1885 Georgia farmhouse. It was not an easy job because of the structure of the house, and he solved every problem with ease. He communicates well and is a pleasure to work with. Workmanship is excellent, and the end result is a beautiful porch.
