Fantastic communication. And very honest. Such detailed updates throughout the job and full disclosure of what possibly could be the problem, how much to diagnose the appliance and different parts of appliance, and how much to fix it. A big appliance repair was done in less than 8 hours, to include initial contact, diagnosis, leaving to get the part, and coming back to fix the Samsung dishwasher.
