- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
With my pricing, the customer and I could always come up with an agreement of what would be cleaned and pricing for the service. Most of my pricing is adjustable due to the clients needs/wants. I have discounted rates for weekly/bi-weekly/monthly/partial cleanings.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My typical process is to get to know the clients and their property. Notate what I see during a walkthrough and have them point out what they want. Afterwards provide the client with an agreed upon cleaning schedule to fit their needs, wants, and desires.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I was a cleaner for many years while keeping a full time job and my major studies came from working at one of the largest distribution centers of Amazon pre/post Covid. So, cleaning and sanitizing was number one priority for everyone’s safety and I was head of the team in my 3 departments of Picking, Count, and Quality control. In which everything needs to be sanitized before going out to the customers. Additional trainings were provided by the Fortune 500 company MaidPro and their university of cleaning as well.
