Jared S. says, "I have been dealing with a rodent issue for a few years now, working with at least 4 prior pest control companies in attempts to solve the problem. This is the first company who, without asking, walked my entire attic and saw the areas of concern. No other company did that because the access hatch is not ideally located, with limited head room and duct work in the way (getting to the open areas is a lot like navigating the laser scene from oceans 12). This is an honest company, looking to solve the problem. I did not get a sales pitch, just the cost and good work ethic. I think the price was fair and I’m confident this issue is finally solved. I’ll be hiring them again to replace my attic insulation in the near future. I highly recommend!"See more

Matt came to the house, performed his inspection and put together an estimate on site. From there, he was super communicative leading up to the day of install answering any questions or scheduling needs we had. Then, Josh and his team of installers showed up and knocked it out of the park! The guys were able to bring my 100+ year old crawl space into modern times with an encapsulation, dehumidifier and sump pump. Josh, Reece, Roudy and Derick were all friendly, professional and efficient throughout the install process. 10/10 experience from the squad over at AF - they were recommended to me by a neighbor and I will be recommending them to others as well. Suphot B. says, "We were in need of some duct cleaning and dryer vent cleaning. We were able to get an appointment within the next few days. Our Technician was David and he was very professional and patient in explaining their procedure they began. We suspected that our air ducts was dirty and might have some mildew growing because my wife like to open the doors and windows sometimes. He showed us with what the inside of the vents look like from the opening to the back of the duct. He pointed out that he would be required to do the deep cleaning of the ductwork and taking out the blower and cleaning the inside of the handler unit. We also needed to replace the UV light that we’ve been having some issues with. So, the service that we did was deep cleaning of all 8 vents individually with encapsulation (when they sprayed a sealant to keep the mildew from expanding and flying everywhere), Deep cleaning of the blower and coil maintenance, Dryer vent cleaned out, and UV light installed. It was total of about 3.5 hours work. While it was pricey but well worth it (we’ll have to see how my daughter and wife allergies will react to the cleaning). Overall I’m very happy with the work that was done and if my wife and daughter can breath better from now on. We’ll be their customers permanently!!"See more
