Our dryer vent was clogged on a sunday morning we contacted Universe and not only did the immediatey respond they actually were available to come out that very afternoon. David, our tech did an excellent job. He was very professional, knowledgeable and nice. I am so grateful they were available because I had just changed all my bedsheets and they just finished washing and were soaking wet when we realized the dryer wasn’t working.
