Jerry was very professional from the start until the finish of my condo inspection. He arrived at the inspection site before I did, spent more than 2 hours in the unit and sent me a 30-page report, which shows an immense amount of detail about the condition of the unit (including the temperature of the fridge to little cracks on the windows and a small chip on the tile). Highly recommended!

My business required me to move out of state I contacted Azure Miami to manage my residence and within a month they had found a tenant to rent it they handled the entire transaction and they collect the rent. We narrowed it down to two realtors and decided to work with Laura because she really understood the Coral Springs / Parkland communities and she was a full time realtor who was clearer passionate about realty. For selling the condo - she made recommendations on repairs / maintenance and overall staging and we ended up selling it within a week for the asking price. For buying the house - she was flexible in her availability to show homes, she helped identify pros and cons of different homes / communities and she was very helpful in negotiating - both negotiating the purchase price and also for concessions at closing. I do all the background checks, criminal checks, credit checks, etc. I also do the leases and take care of all repairs that are needed. I get three different estimates and let you know what the problem and cost is. Then, you send me the money, and I get it fixed. I charge only 5% of the month's rent on a monthly basis. If I have to put in a new tenant, I have a one-time charge of 50% of one month's rent. I have a Florida real estate license, and I am also a licensed Florida Community Association manager. I take care of your home as if it were my own.
