I had a dead rodent in my attic/crawl space. I contacted Formulex and Kurt responded promptly and gave me a very reasonable quote. Stuart came on the day agreed and very promptly removed the problem. He was courteous and professional. Overall Formulex did a great job and I highly recommend them.

Stuart was very professional and helpful in making us understand our rat infestation problem. Since this was our first experience with this problem it was upsetting dealing with the situation but as it turned out it only took 5 days before the issue was resolved. Stuart and Kurt really know their stuff about rats and their habits. Since there were no visible signs of entry or holes under the sinks and walls, the only reasonable explanation was that they came up through the guest toilet, which hadn’t been flushed in a good two months, and since there was no water in the bowl they made their way into the condominium, let this be a good lesson for all of us. It’s important to flush your toilets, even if you’re not using them that much I highly recommend Formulex for all of your pest removal
