Introduction: I provide my clients with a full fitness assessment. In the assessment, I learn about each individual fitness level. Assessments cover everything from cardio, flexibility, balance, strength, functional strength, girth measurements and fat measurements.
I provide catered fitness programming according to assessment results and individual goals. Programs run from 4-6 weeks, and assessments will be done at the end of each program. This way there is no chance for plateau. In addition, I also provide a full mobile gym; no need to be worried about gym membership or buying equipment because I come fully equipped and prepared.
Moreover, I also provide nutritional guidance. Remember exercise is going to help but without the right food decisions, you won't be able to reach optimal results.
