Natasha, You gave us a picture of a corner of your office with some boxes. Because of that, we sent one person to do a 2 hr job. When we arrived, we had to wait more than 10 minute for you to unlock the door from the outside because the personal inside was locked in. This was unusual, nevertheless, we entered to start the job we agreed on. Upon entering, we saw that you actually had several rooms cluttered with boxes and very little walking space to do any work. The reality was that this job required 4 people at least 4 hrs to complete. In addition, we left because you misrepresented what wanted us to do and we did not have enough people to de clutter your entire house. We also did not feel comfortable with you yelling at a young woman that was locked in the house counting stacks of dollar bills that you own her. Thank you for the feed back, from now on we will ask potential clients to take several pictures of the entire job so we don’t waste anyone time.
