Dylan was polite and respectful. He went above and beyond when putting in the new toilet. My bathrooms were cleaner when he left than they were before he came. They didn’t add on any surprise charges and worked quickly and cleanly. We will definitely use them for any other plumbing projects.

I’m so pleased with the work Keith did today on a guest bathroom toilet that was seeping water through the seal. He responded promptly when I reached out this morning and got the job done this afternoon. He’s very nice, friendly and a total pro with decades of experience. Plus, he’s a dog lover (I have 3!) and I felt very comfortable with him. He did a great job and it didn’t take that long (finished before I knew it). I definitely recommend using Shapiro and Sons for your next plumbing issue. Thanks, Keith!

The plumber (Keith) came out on a Saturday with no extra fee for weekend service. He quickly fixed the problem and took the time to explain why the issue might recur in the future, suggesting that a new toilet might eventually be needed. He was professional, courteous, and thorough. Highly recommend! Shapiro & Sons will definitely be my go-to plumber service for any future needs

Overall the work was great and the installer was very professional, the only complaint was that for an appointment I tried to schedule at 8 AM, that they later scheduled between 9 AM - 12 PM, they showed up a tad after 12 PM. Granted there was issues with traffic that blocked the interstate in both directions, so I can't blame them for what they can't control. But they could've called or texted to let me know what's going on. I literally blew my whole morning waiting and praying I wouldn't be late for work. Again, not their fault! But a little communication would've gone a long way.
