- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer teacher, police, military and first responder discounts We thank you for your service!!! We do not offer senior citizen discounts because we assume that you have had twice the time to get the money! Just kidding we love you and respect you as our elders.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I typically contact them via phone and ask a few questions to make sure I’m bidding exactly what they want. We typically email a detailed estimate. Once the estimate is sent we wait to hear from the client. No harassing phone calls or follow ups. NO PRESSURE SALES!!! If I send someone to sell a product they are not paid on commission they are not given a quota to meet. They are to make sure that they treat you with respect and give you exactly what you are asking for. I have an incredible team! I would not send anyone to your home that I would not send mine with my wife and kids alone.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are a Florida State Certified Building Contractor (CBC1257569) And A Florida State Certified Roofing Contractor (CCC1329632) We had to basically pass 2 Barr exams We can build or roof anything in the state of Florida
