FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My standard pricing is $20-35 an hour depending on the technicalities of the project you may have. I prefer to bid the entire project, that way you don't feel you are being taken advantage of. Keep in mind; bids change based on what you find when opening up the wall and what needs to be done to correct what is there.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Meeting them and introducing myself is paramount. We need to click in the beginning in order to work with each other; kind of a friendship and trust. I like to show excitement for what they want done and get them really invested in all ideas...maybe some they didn't think of.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I served 25 honorable years in the Air Force working with aircraft and retired in 2008. Dealing with that level of responsibility and translating it to my new life was easy. My training after the Air Force has been with people in the renovation industry as well as audio video and green technologies. I have worked in this industry for the last 5 years. At the end of the day; I like the job to be completed safe, by the book and in time.
