- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer all service members 20% off EVERY clean! Any clients signing up for bi-weekly or recurring cleaning services will receive a punch card for every clean & an opportunity to get your 6th clean COMPLETELY FREE! 🎉🥳
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Discussing the basics such as square footage of the work area, so we can then discuss pricing. Then decide which clean or service best fits their needs, and tackles everything they need done, as well as any specific requirements or requests.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I’ve been in the hospitality industry since late 2009 cleaning, and inspecting units. The last 4 years have been dedicated to mostly move in/out cleanings and deep cleans. I’m very detail oriented and thorough with every job.
