- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is determined in person. It all depends one ach house. I am always available to estimates.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I will book a appointment to go look at the residential or commercial site we are cleaning. I will work an estimate up and get it back to them the same day. Then if the customer like the price, we will book you for a cleaning within the week. We also book way in advance as well for future appointments.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been cleaning since I was a teen. I have 21 plus years of experience. I have always loved to clean and have not had a bad review yet. When I clean, I clean your house just how my house is cleaned. You won't be disappointed, I guarantee it.
