- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We do provide standard pricing, however we have found that the best practice is to visit the site to give the best value for our customer by providing a detailed custom estimate.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We contact every customer and provide a detailed estimate. We do this to get a feel of what their expectations are and to gage how we can provide the best value for their money.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We train all employees with green solution cleaning as well as general cleaning standards. Our carpet cleaners are well versed in how to clean the various fibers compiled in today's floor coverings. as well as providing customer service and best safe practices training. They are also trained on all the equipment used in services provided.
